Telehealth is a flexible option for families who want support with feeding, sensory needs, mealtime routines or parent coaching — without needing to attend the clinic in person.

Telehealth is available for all families, including private clients, GP‑referred clients and NDIS participants.

What cannot be done via telehealth

Swallowing (dysphagia) assessments

Swallowing assessments must be completed in person for safety.

Hands‑on infant feeding assessment

Latch, oral‑motor function and feeding efficiency require in‑person assessment.

FEES / Endoscopic assessments

Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) is an in‑person procedure.
